Description
 NMSC - Nonprofit Management Services of Colorado has a great opportunity for an Administrative Assistant in our Learning and Organizational Development (LOD) departmentAs our Administrative Assistant, you will get to provide administrative support to professional staff in the LOD department by handling a variety of financial and technical tasks. You will also be the first point of contact for all of our training customers and will get to provide them with front line technical support for any Learning Management System (LMS) challenges that they may be facing.
 
 
We have two office locations in the Denver, CO Metro area - one in Aurora, CO ( Exit 5 off of I-225) and one in Englewood, CO (Exit 195 off of I-25). This position will be based out of our Englewood office but may travel to the Aurora office if necessary. 
 
 
Please note: This is a part-time position, working Monday- Thursday, 20 hours per week (5 hours each day).

  • Help prospective customers determine their training needs and then register employees and external customers for trainings
  • Ensure accurate and timely maintenance of training records through the LMS, SharePoint, and other related systems
  • Provide technical support to all internal and external users of the Learning Management System
  • Independently administer all routine and defined LMS functions
  • Recommend and implement process and procedure changes to safeguard data integrity and create efficiencies in the LOD system
  • Prepare necessary reports to track and communicate relevant data
  • Work with LMS vendor, IT department, supervisor and other subject matter experts in solving technical problems

$18.16 - $22.28 per hour

Qualifications
Must have’s to be our Administrative Assistant
  • Associate's degree in related field or equivalent experience, preferred
  • Two (2) years of administrative support experience, preferred
  • Excellent customer service, oral and written communication skills
  • Strong ability to learn and navigate database systems
  • High level of proficiency in MS Office Suite
  • Strong organizational skills, the ability to multi-task and ability to meet regular deadlines
  • Flexibility in work assignments, ability to prioritize workload, meet deadlines
  • High degree of accuracy with time sensitive, detailed information
  • Personal vehicle in good operating condition for use during work as appropriate
  • Valid Colorado driver license/auto insurance
  • Meet and maintain our driving requirements - no suspensions or revocations in the past three (3) years and less than three (3) tickets in the past three (3) years
